I have ADHD, ASD, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, and Dyslexia, plus a history of OCD, anxiety, and depression , so yeah, my brain’s a busy place. I keep it real, I swear a bit (okay, a lot), but always with love and always in context.

Over the past decade, I’ve built a personal brand that’s helped thousands of people feel seen, supported, and empowered. On TikTok, I’ve grown a community of over 72,000 followers by talking honestly about money, ADHD, business, and the messy bits of life no one likes to admit out loud.

I’m also a CPD-accredited neurodiversity specialist, working with companies to help them actually understand and support neurodivergent employees, not just tick a box exercise, I help and support from my lived experience.

My work’s been featured across national media (BBC Radio Solent, The Sun, FT, Metro, Daily Mail, That’s Life, and more), and I’ve been a finalist for Money Influencer of the Year at both the British Bank Awards and Headline Money Awards. But honestly? My proudest work is the kind I do every day in my membership Invisible To Influential and my free community "Mad About..."

I mentor neurodivergent entrepreneurs (not coach, mentor ,there’s a difference) inside my membership, Invisible to Influential, and through 1:1 work. I help people with ADHD get visible, grow their businesses, and actually enjoy what they do ,without burning out or pretending to be someone they’re not.

I know what it’s like to struggle. I’ve been through spending addiction, homelessness, job losses, and an ADHD diagnosis that finally made all the chaos make sense. That lived experience shapes everything I do. I want neurodivergent people to have simpler, less stressful lives, especially when it comes to money and business.
