About Me

I am a neurodiversity specialist, ADHD coach, business strategist, disability advocate and employer relations specialist.

I am also neurodivergent, a parent of neurodivergent children and have spent years helping people stay in work, grow in work and build careers and businesses that work for their brains.

 

I understand both sides.

The employee side and the employer side.

The policy side and the real life side.

 

So this training is not theoretical.

It’s practical, honest and based on real workplace situations.
