Most workplace training about ADHD and neurodiversity focuses on policies, definitions and what people “can’t do”.
This isn’t that.
This is about how real humans work, communicate, think, get overwhelmed, get brilliant ideas at the wrong time, forget things, hyperfocus, mask, burn out, and try to survive in workplaces that were not designed for different brains.
This training is about understanding each other so work is easier, communication is clearer and people can actually do their jobs properly without feeling like they are constantly getting it wrong.
Because most problems at work are not capability problems.
They are communication, expectation and environment problems.

This is called How To Vibe Together With ADHD but it is really about how different brains work together in a team.
We talk about:
Different working styles
Communication styles
Why some people need written instructions and some need voice notes
Why meetings are exhausting for some people and energising for others
Time blindness, overwhelm and prioritisation
Rejection sensitivity and workplace feedback
Masking and burnout
Strengths of ADHD and neurodivergent brains
Simple adjustments that make a massive difference
How managers can support without micromanaging
How teams can work better together
No jargon.
No corporate waffle.
Just real life work situations and how to make them easier.
Alongside team training, I also offer:
1:1 coaching for neurodivergent employees
Manager coaching
Workplace strategy sessions
Access to Work coaching
Support plans and reasonable adjustment advice
This means you don’t just get a training session and then get left to figure everything out.
You can get ongoing support for individuals and managers as situations come up.

After this training teams usually:
Communicate better
Understand each other more
Reduce misunderstandings
Reduce overwhelm
Improve productivity
Improve retention
Create a more inclusive workplace
Stop assuming everyone works the same way
It’s not about treating people differently.
It’s about understanding people properly.
